For years, I saw balance as an elusive destination. I was so sure that if I could align my life in the right way I would find balance and peace in my life. I have since learned that finding balance is an ongoing process of prioritizing, renegotiating and adapting. Balance is created when I am able to keep what I value at the center of my life and then fill in with whatever else fits cohesively.
